Hi, I’m Marco.
Customer success pro, intersectional tech bro, progressive politico
📍San Francisco Bay Area
I've worked in Enterprise Customer Success roles at SaaS companies since 2017. I love helping organizations realize the value of the products I've worked with through implementation, training, and strategic enablement. I currently work at Miro, an online collaborative whiteboarding platform that is a joy to use (it's the reason I work here).
Outside of work, I care a lot about making political and civic participation more accessible—especially for people from underrepresented backgrounds. I spent 5 years working with political campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations as my day job and I’m continuously looking for opportunities to stay involved in that space.
My Professional Background

Miro is the leading online whiteboard and visual collaboration platform. I manage a small portfolio of Miro’s largest enterprise accounts spanning several industries. I help my customers adapt to the new hybrid and remote working world through enablement across their lifecycle, from implementing security configurations with IT teams to delivering tailored product trainings to end users.

NationBuilder is one of the world's most-used digital infrastructure platforms for politics and advocacy. I managed a portfolio of some of the company's highest value accounts, partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement their digital strategies. I also managed the company's product training program and customer success operations.

Kaufman Legal Group is a Los Angeles-based political law firm.
